American Salon - Four Electroacoustic Premieres represents the culmination of a four-composer commissioning project of works for clarinet and piano funded by the Delaware Division for the Arts in 2011. My esteemed colleague from Collide-O-Scope joins me in a duo concert featuring the New York City premieres of Gene Pritsker's Modified #4, Elizabeth Hoffman's Figure-Ground, Mikel Kuehn's Rite of Passage and Eric Lyon's History of Photography. Also on the program are works by Michael Finnissy and Jason Eckardt.
