Wave Hill presents the Zodiac Trio

Mentored by Isidore Cohen of the Beaux Arts Trio and the adventurous clarinetist David Krakauer, the Zodiac Trio enjoys an international concert schedule and presents an eclectic mix of repertoire. The members of the Trio are: clarinetist Kliment Krylovsky. violinist Vanessa Mollard and pianist Riko Higuma. Described by Radio France as a "breathtaking ensemble of virtuosity and sensitivity", the February 22 concert features Stravinsky's Histoire du Soldat, Paul Schoenfield's lively, klezmer-inspired work and a short new work written for the Trio, leaving without/palimpsest 3, by composer Reiko Fueting, who will provide an introduction for the audience.
